Low Carb / Keto Frozen Coffee

Nothing like a delicious frozen coffee on a hot summer day. Here in South Florida, it is hot every.single.day. I like my coffee anyway, shape, or form. Using tips from some online research, along with trial and error to find the perfect mix of ingredients that please me and my fiance’s palace. Feel free to play with the recipe until you find the right mix for you.

Directions:

  1. Add ingredients to blender. I like to add the frozen coffee first.
  2. Add sweetener, cocoa powder and creamer of your choice.
  3. Blend it all until ice cubes are completely dissolved.
  4. Serve in the glass or mug of your choice.
  5. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon sugar (or my favorite, Simply Organic Pumpkin Spice Organic!).
